Alun from Faraway Fairways put together a dream golf trip for my husband and me. Within days of submitting an inquiry online, Alun has created a detailed proposal, and within a few weeks, all of the tee times, tours, car rental, and hotel reservations were secured.
Alun has a deep knowledge of golf courses throughout Scotland and crafted an itinerary (7 courses in 10 days!) that was not only doable, but incredibly enjoyable for my golfer husband and me who walked along. Alun also planned several non-golfing activities for us, including castle tours, a whisky tasting, and recommendations for other sites along the way.
During the trip itself, Alun checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly, but also gave us the freedom to explore and enjoy on own. When we needed to shift a few things around (due to winning the Old Course ballot!) he helped us and made the changes seamlessly.
